The Austin American-Statesman
Charles "Charlie Brown" Reubush
May 19, 1965 - February 19, 2003
Charlie was a talented artist
who enjoyed
caving, climbing and time spent at the San Marcos River. He was a
champion
of the underdog and tried, throughout his life, to help others in pain.
Charlie will be remembered by those who loved him as a gentle, generous
and kind soul, with a curiosity and thoughtfulness about all he saw
around
him. Charlie leaves behind his daughter, Kara Posso; parents, Harry and
Judy Reubush; sisters, Leigh Holt, Suzanne Birchard and Lori McNabb;
and
many relatives and friends, one of whom, Debbi Bennett, was very
special
to him. There will be an informal memorial service on Monday, February
24, at 4:00 p.m. at Bicentennial Park (209 S. C.M. Allen, San Marcos).
Memorial donations may be made
to San Marcos
River Foundation, Box 1393, San Marcos, TX 78667.
