Comments:  The UT Grotto is the oldest caving organization in the state and has been a focus for Texas and Mexico caving for several decades. The grotto is active in Mexico, Texas, and New Mexico. After grotto meetings, members typically head to the nearby Posse for refreshments and the after-the-meeting meeting, which has been known to go on until the Posse closes.
